TRANSPORTATION: The closest airport is the McCarran International Airport (LAS). The hotel is approximately 3.5 miles from the airport. There is not a dedicated Luxor hotel shuttle but there are ample taxi and ride sharing services available.

REUNION CHECK-IN: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm Wednesday through Friday.
Check in will be in the CP which will be held in the “Large Chapel” room at the Luxor.

TOURS: During the 2020 Reunion, there will be one group tour on Thursday, June 18th. We’ve purposefully freed up Friday, June 19th for individuals to explore Las Vegas on their own and sign up for whatever they find interesting and entertaining.

THURSDAY: June 18th, 2020
Hoover Dam. We will travel by contracted coach buses from the Luxor to the Hoover Dam where we will conduct a guided private VIP tour of the Dam Power Plant. The tour will include an exclusive viewing of a 10-minute film about the history of the Hoover Dam, a view of the original 30 foot diameter Penstock Pipe in a diversion tunnel, a guided tour of the Nevada wing of the Powerplant Powerhouse overlooking the generators, and self-guided access to the Main Visitors Center & Museum, Observation Deck, and access to the original 1940s Exhibit building topography map presentation. Registration for this event includes the bus ride to and from the Hoover Dam, the guided tour, and lunch on the way back to the hotel.

Catered Welcome Reception.  The Association will host a catered reception at the Luxor on Thursday evening.  This is for ticket holders only so make sure you sign up for this event on your registration form. Attendees will be eligible for some surprise “give-aways” to help you enjoy your stay in Las Vegas.

FRIDAY: June 19th, 2020

SATURDAY: June 20th, 2020
0930-1100 Annual Business Meeting (Coffee Service)
1100-1200 Silent Auction Last Chance before closing at noon
1200-1700 Command Post Operations
1830-2130 Banquet

BANQUET: The Saturday evening banquet will be held at the Luxor Hotel in the Egyptian Banquet Rooms. We will have a buffet style dinner to include entre selections of Roasted Chicken in an Onion Au Jus with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Herb-Crusted Pork Loin with a Demi Glaze, or Penne Pasta with a Creamy Alfredo Sauce and Shrimp. The buffet includes a variety of salads, seasonal vegetables, and freshly baked breads. Desert includes Peanut Butter S’mores, Chocolate Mousse, Banana Cream Pie, and Fresh Fruit Tart.

COMMAND POST, SILENT AUCTION, SUPPLY ROOM: Wednesday through Friday in the “Large Chapel” room at the Luxor.

SILENT AUCTION: Please bring your items to the silent auction so we can raise money for the association. You can bring items with you or mail them ahead of time. We will provide the mailing address at a later date as we get closer to the reunion.
